作者簡介

陳偉華

　　國立政治大學外交學系博士候選人

　　曾任職於德國柏林「國際透明組織」臺灣分會國際事務部主任，長期致力於「國際非政府組織」外交事務，現從事國家安全實務工作。分別於2008、2009年擔任世界銀行「政府治理小組」臺灣區審查成員。

　　主要研究領域：
　　比較政府、區域政治、外交政策、國際法、國際安全理論

　　國立台北大學公共行政暨政策學系碩士，從事當代民主思想、政治理論、公共行政等研究領域，近期著作《政治學歷屆試題精解》。
